Audit Logs and Timeline
FinStak allows Administrators to review Audit Logs for various changes and events across your CRM system. In addition, you have the flexibility to filter the logs by modules, users, type of action, and timeline.
Each user will also be able to view the timeline of any changes in the CRM and contact records.


Two-Factor Authentication
FinStak was designed with Data Security in mind. We offer Two-factor authentication (2FA) to add a layer to protect your account and client data.
Once enabled, you can use a code from a mobile phone or email, along with your username and password, to log into your account.
Regular Data Backups
Since all your client data is held digitally, data backups are crucial to protect your organization's confidential information.
FinStak covers two free data backups every month. You also have the flexibility to choose the frequency and the day of the week to receive the backup.


Roles, Profiles, and Permissions
FinStak allows for custom profiles and roles you can assign to users to control what they see in the CRM.
Roles allow you to replicate your organizational hierarchy in the CRM with various levels of data sharing rules depending on the user role.
Profiles allow administrators to manage permissions to restrict users from deleting or exporting customer records, giving each team member access only to the functions they need.
